The Truth Behind Soy Consumption

Foundation in the UK, writes about the unfounded fears that soy
consumption raise in consumers. She explains that most anti-soy
campaigns are promoted by the animal agriculture industry that tries to
make believe consumers that animal products are an integral and
important part of a human diet. However, the benefits of soy are very
well documented. She mentions that soy protein lowers cholesterol and
protects against cardiovascular disease and diabetes; and that soy
protein may play a protective role against some cancers.
