Fish Oil Not So Beneficial
A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical
Association indicate that consumption of fish oil during pregnancy does
not benefit babies’ cognitive development or mothers’ mood. Pregnant
women who consumed 800 mg of a DHA-rich fish oil supplement each day
during pregnancy showed no benefits for depression, and their babies did
not differ cognitively from children born from women who consumed a
vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower, and palm) supplement.

It's becoming more evident that animal products are not necessary and
do not enhance our health. The best way to show good stewardship of our
bodies is to eat a well-balanced plant-based diet that honors all of
God's Creation.
