Five Myths About Vegans Put To Rest
Carol J. Adams, author of “The Sexual Politics of Meat” and “The
Pornography of Meat”, writes a fantastic article exposing the 5 common
myths that people believe about vegans. From the ridiculous idea that
vegans diets lack of protein to the idea that vegans care more about
animals than humans, Adams humorously clarifies -- once and for all --

Five myths about vegans
Myths are created when people feel threatened or are ignorant about a
group of people or a subject. Adopting a plant-based diet is one, if not
the most, important decision we can make as stewards of God's Creation.
Probably, no other aspect of our life affects us spiritually,
physically, emotionally and psychologically so deeply. Moreover, our
choice of diet also affects the rest of Creation: God's animals, other
humans and the environment. As Christians, it should be not only our
responsibility, but also our privilege to witness God's love to others
by the lifestyle we choose, of which one aspect of paramount importance
is our choice of diet.
