J. Morris Hicks, daily blogger at http://hpjmh.com/
explains why tackling the "meat" problem can be in many ways similar to
tackling the "cigarette" one: through education and raising awareness.
However, Hicks recognizes the fact that most parents and physicians
endorse a meat-based diet (unlike smoking) and cigarette warnings are
seen in every pack of cigarettes (no warning in animal-containing
foods). This is why Hicks encourages each and everyone to do our part to
put an end to animal-based diets. To read the article please visit

Ending the exploitation of God’s animals for food is a goal for which
we should all strive. Bringing animal agriculture to an end will help
bring a peaceful coexistence of God’s farmed animals and humanity, an
increase in good health and vitality in humans, a major step toward
restoring the environment, and probably most importantly the aligning of
our actions with our inner-values and beliefs.
