"green" fair in Taipei and cooked a vegetarian dish in order to promote
less consumption of meat for a sustainable environment.
The United Nations has also called for a reduction in meat-intake to
curb global warming, reduce deforestation and help feed the poor and the

It is encouraging that high profile leaders call for the reduction in
meat consumption given the abundant evidence that animal agriculture is
devastating for the environment. It's time for people to wake up and
align their food choices with their values and beliefs before it's too
late.
