There is undeniable evidence that a vegetarian diet is the most
effective solution to restore the health of the planet and its
inhabitants, and in spite of this overwhelming evidence most people
around the world still support the animal agriculture industry. Why
do taste, greed and profit still govern most people’s choices of
diet? Maybe it is because it’s easier to turn our backs on
devastation and suffering than to face them. However, if we want to
live up to our role of good stewards of God’s creation we must look
deeply within and align our choices with our Faith.
