The Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education started Young-jin High
School in Korea as a pilot case for vegetarian meals. Thirty-four
students joined the project and had been provided with vegetarian
lunches and dinners from April 2nd to July 13th.
The students' parents had to sign an agreement agreeing to
provide their kids with vegetarian meals at breakfast and on
weekends. Of course teenagers experienced the health benefits of a
plant-based diet and many have stuck to it.

Kudos for Young-jin High School for setting a fantastic
precedent! Hopefully, other schools will soon follow so students can
be educated and exposed to the many benefits of plant-based diets
for all of God's Creation: our health, animals and the environment.
