We reap what we sow. It only makes sense that if we sow disease, suffering and death we reap disease, suffering and death. As Dr. Will Tuttle, author of “The World Peace Diet”, rightly points out, the same chronic diseases we cause on God’s farmed animals (obesity, hear disease, osteoporosis, anxiety and depression, cancer, etc.) are the same diseases that we see occurring the most in our culture.
 
If we want to stop this insane cycle of violence, disease and death we simply must live with compassion. It’s not rocket science… it’s our inner-most essence.
