A growing number of people are trying are pledging vegan for a
few weeks or 30 days given the abundance scientific evidence
indicating many health and environmental benefits. Moreover, the
exposure of the horrific treatment of animals raised for food are
tugging at people’s hearts; and the fact that many celebrities and
prominent athletes encourage Meatless Mondays, the reduction of
animal products and vegan meals helps people make the decision to
take the vegan pledge.

Due to lack of information, popular myths and other factors, some
people find going vegan to be an incredibly difficult lifestyle and
fear taking this step. This is why sometimes just trying a vegan
diet for a few weeks helps these people realize that a well-planned
plant-based diet is relatively easy, very tasty and very attainable.
I think we should encourage everyone around us to take the pledge!
We never know when a 30-day pledge might extend to a lifetime one.
