It turns out that the animal agriculture industry is able to find
loopholes allowing them to use antibiotics in animals raised for food where
people less suspect it, even in organic-raised animals. For example,
hatcheries that produce chickens for organic farms administer the antibiotic
gentamicine to these chickens while still in the eggs because organic
standards start applying on the 2nd day of life for chicks.
The animal-based agriculture industry is very deceiving and finds ways to
raise God's animals for food in very intensive ways that rely on
antibiotics, which in turn promote antibiotic-resistant bacteria. We are all
better off allowing all creatures to live peaceful and joyful lives, because
when we don't we are harming them as well as harming us.
