Eat Plant-Based for Heart Health

Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn of the Wellness Institute at the Cleveland Clinic is very clear about the roots of heart-disease: a diet based on animal products. He emphasizes that "On this entire planet, there are millions of people who will never have heart disease, and the common denominator is that they are largely all plant-based (eaters)." He goes on explaining that heart-disease is a preventable disease and can also be largely reversed with diet.
