Dear Eamonn:

Thank you for writing. We’ll try and answer you points.

A)     We are not picking on the Roman Catholic Church, any more than we point out the cruelty and corruption of creation that other churches and religions promote.

B)      We fully understand about free will, but God never sanctioned it to do acts of evil, which most people do.

C)      Jesus never ate meat. There is only one verse in the Bible where it implies that Jesus may have eaten a piece of broiled fish after His resurrection. Cite us the other places.

D)     The herding and flesh eating culture started thousands of years before there were any abortions. Killing and eating animals is the root cause. Many churches have hunting ministries and hunting pastors who promote killing and eating animals, and they have church suppers that promote eating animals.

E)      The term “animals” includes human beings, but we are all members of different species; however, God created us all with souls and spirits (Hebrew: neh-fesh khah-yaw).

F)      Your statement is false. As people stop eating animals farmers will grow more crops to feed us, which is far more efficient.

Our major thrust is to reduce all forms of violence throughout the whole of God’s creation. And remember that flesh eating is the end result of a very violent way of life.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
