I believe in the real fact that men wrote the bible, and I suppose you believe that the bible is the perfect word of God.
Those that believe that Man speaks for God perfectly are willing to be told to fly planes into building if told to do so by those claiming to speak for God.
Just scares me. I mean, Judges 21:20-21, claims that God told his people to kidnap and rape women. Very scary.
God gets used to justify bad behavior by men, and God can not defend Himself against these accusation except through people like me.
