The Passover is discussed in Exodus.

Jesus was murdered for trying to reform Judaism, but He willingly died to prove who He was, since He could do no more in His ministry here on earth. Even the Jewish sacrificial system ended less than 40 years after Jesus’ death and resurrection, and now they also rely on faith, repentance, and God’s grace.
