In Reference to: Every Cage is Too Small for Birds

Thank you for the wonderful recipes.
In my hometown in Germany about 40 years ago a factory was built for hens in small cages. The owner and the son both committed suicide about 25 years later. Many wondered if it had to do with the daily exposure to the living conditions of the hens.
As the consumer is not confronted with the suffering, it is easy to deny it.
We all got somehow disconnected from the sources of all kind of products.
I will try some of your recipes.
