Defining Christianity

I believe that the living Word of God and the Living Christ living within me work in unison. Bible conspiracy theories sadden me. God determines canonicity. Man just recognizes it. The Bible was sent from Heaven - through inspiration of men of God. That is not to say that there is not some historical value in the so-called "other gospels" and other works written either before or after the time of Christ. They do have some value to show us how these groups believed. There can be historical value in most writings - or at least psychological value in determining beliefs. But the Bible is the Bible - the Word of God. It stands apart from the rest.
