Refuge From The Fire

I can feel the horrific energy searing from the picture as the heart beat of the disoriented deer pumps faster than the rhythm of mother earth's heart beat. The four leg creatures of the forest was surely betrayed by the inferno behind them gulping the oxygen from their lungs. The feeling of betrayal and entrapment within the confinements of where they use to romp and roam and feed off the natural habitat they felt were their home is now gone. This picture depicts the tall standing ones that gave a natural habitat for the winged ones, the fish that lost oxygen from the fire and smoke, the insects, the grass, and the beauty for all to see and hold within their minds eye is nothing but devastation and destruction. This is surely a sad picture and even worse for the life that once lived within the beauty of life.
