Hi!
Many people feel good sending animals around the world 'to help people'. Many church leaders are beginning to realize that this is not a wise thing to do. There are other articles referring to the dark side of the Heifer Project, but the one below by the Unitarian Church explains it well. Please feel free to pass on to others.
