I made your squash stuffing for a small hubbard squash I had and it came out delicious! Thanks for the inspiration; I only changed two things: I left out the white potato and added quinoa to the rice part (1/2 quinoa, 1/2 brown rice).

The ground cloves made it smell so good while it was cooking.

It was delectable, thanks for your website!
