Dear Frank & Mary:

Two of the following sentences in your Sunday sermon have an awesome meaning to me.

We must remember that our God is a forgiving God to all those who truly are sorry for what they have done.

So, a Christian must be seen as one who extends their love not only to other believers who are in trouble, but even to those that our society would rather forget about.

Frank and Mary, I cannot help but be reminded of the famous words spoken by Jesus from the cross, asking forgiveness for those who were about to put him to death. "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." (Luke 23:34)

Thanks again for your great sermon.
