In Reference to: 4 December 1994 - PROCLAIM THE GOOD NEWS OF SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST
I enjoyed reading this sermon on "what is the good news" Thank you. Recently I asked a question of someone who runs a website explaining TULIP. After reading his article on Unconditional Election I asked him how he would argue that this theology was "good news" He answered
"Unconditional election is good news because it demonstrates the greatness of God's grace in salvation. He saves not based on something in us, but according to His mercy in Jesus Christ."
That is not what I have always thought the "good news" was, what do you think.
