Hi Frank,
I would like to apologize to you for that horrible outburst I had last night. I really feel bad about that and won't do it again.
It was just that I saw a few things that enraged me to the point I could not control my temper which is not a good thing. In the future, I will learn from this and try to realize I can only do the best that I can, as with all of us.
