Sharing the Pain

Hi everyone. I've just watched the CNN video of pigs being buried alive in South Korea.
As you know I rarely post to the list, but on this occasion I'm so filled with sorrow I just don't know how to cope with this on my own.
I have a job, I have to get on with my life, but my heart is broken into a million pieces while everyone in the cubicles around me is oblivious to all this suffering, and I mustn't let them know about mine. They wouldn't think it such a big deal, anyways.
If you have a prayer, reflection or meditation that you can share...I'd appreciate it. On or off the list.
