I have always gone to episcopal churches, and the one I go to now does a "blessing of the pets" each year, where they honor St.Francis and say a personal prayer for each animal brought. And while I always found this to be uplifting, I never stopped to question those around me about how they feel about eating non "pet" animals. But the Episcopal church as a whole is more open to new ideas than others.

You could always go to a Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Aren't they all vegetarians?
