DST: Spring Forward, Fall Back – 10 March 2007
By Mary T. Hoffman

A new federal law has changed the start of Daylight Saving Time (DST) from the first Sunday in April to the second Sunday in March, effective tomorrow at 2:00 a.m. when we’ll be setting our clocks forward one hour (Spring forward).
