"Joyful Curmudgeon" An oxymoron?
No! I see all the beauty of God's creation and I'm joyful.  At the same time, I see all the suffering and corruption going on in the world, and feel called to help expose and end it so that we may have true peace and compassion.

Organic Leather? – 18 October 2008
By Mary T. Hoffman

Just when I think I’ve “heard it all,” I find out about another disgusting thing! This time it’s “organic leather”!

Buying anything made from the skin of any creature (human or otherwise) is wrong – period! In my opinion, all this nonsense about using “humanely raised” and “organically fed” animals is just so much “white wash.” If this is meant to ease the conscience of the buyer, it just goes to prove that those who are involved – the sellers and the buyers – know that this is unethical.

What will “meany greenies” think up next!?
