THIS IS MONUMENTAL! The U.S. Congress just passed the FDA
Modernization Act 2.0. The Act will end the requirement that
experimental drugs be tested on animals, instead allowing for
non-animal testing.
President Biden is expected to sign the Act, which is part of the
larger omnibus spending bill, shortly. Until now, the U.S. Food and

We have been fighting against animal testing since LCA was founded
in 1984. In the late 80's, we took a camera crew into UCLA's Brain
Research Institute, where cats were being tortured as research
subjects. We have continued to expose the cruelty of animals in
research by going undercover at animal research suppliers and animal
research facilities.
