The waste of our tax dollars and animal lives by NIH funding of researcher Eliot Spindel�s nicotine experimentation is deeply disturbing. This money would be far better spent on human studies and education for smoking cessation and prevention.
Please take action to end this unnecessary and cruel work as soon as possible.
