I am VERY sorry because I could not send the message not being a US citizen or living in the States...
We live in a global world (globalized), therefore as a citizen of the world, I should be able to write to any US Governor or other representatives and support causes which, in the end, affect the whole world! I am French and live in Paris, France, European Union and feel concerned with what happens in other parts of the world when an endangered species or natural heritage is threatened!
