Another Year
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
As another year comes to a close.
What tomorrow will bring, nobody knows.
We will build on the success and inspiration of this year.
We enter 2010 without any regret or hold any fear.
The triumphant and tragedies of the past are banished.
All the wrongs of the past have simply vanished.
Time to start a fresh in love and peace.
Be open to magic and the wonders that never cease.
Start with yourself and forget the past
Be a solid foundation that will endure and last.
Embrace your neighbor with a smile and a kiss.
If you want things to happen simply make a list.
Enter the New Year with hugs and happiness.
God would not expect anything less.
