Depth of soul

Redwood,
Behemoth parent
To all kin species
Plant us all
Lungs of Earth
Soar of goliaths
Restore my hope
Of a climate future
Wind whispers in the canopy
Silence of roads
End of cacophony
Quiet skies
Reduced – all
Plant me deep
Let my roots drink
Let me grow
As I live
As we live
