Draw Close to God
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Draw close to God and hear his calling.
He is earnestly, patiently waiting.
Come into his presence and accept his peace.
With God there is never a forfeiture lease.
He welcomes you as a member of his family.
Loving and embracing you so warmly and calmly.
There is always rejoicing among the heavenly throng.
The heavenly host sing a new song.
Celebrations that will continue for eternity,
We have nothing to compare in our urban modernity,
Come draw close to God, his love is real.
God’s love is the real deal.
Come to his household in humbleness and prayer.
Draw close to God, he really does care.
