God’s Love is as Wide as the Ocean
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
God’s love is as wide as the ocean, deep as the deepest sea.
A love that is so vast, a love for you and me;
Ever flowing, ever moving, boundless and active.
Encompassing the world, teaching everyone to forgive.
Flowing onward like a tideless sea.
Universal love is God’s defining decree.
Never stagnant, never resting onward flowing,
Watchful, refreshing, omnipotent and always caring;
God’s love is as wide as the ocean, deep as the deepest sea.
He is always caring for you and for me.
