How often we are transfixed on what we need to achieve.
It is hard to simply let go and truly believe.
Sometimes when things do not work out, we need to take a different journey.
Life is full of ups and downs, highways and byways.
Always moving forward, never reaching the end.
Moving forward trying not to condemn or offend.
Sometimes we need to stop re evaluate and simply let go,
Our pride is hurt and it comes as a terrible blow.
When things go wrong pray to God and take a different path,
Catch up with friends and enjoy a good laugh.
Turn the page of your life, start a new paragraph.
Let go of the past and embrace the future,
God will guide you and always will be your strong anchor.
