Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
We all need times for reflection and Introspection.
There are many benefits to short term isolation.
We all have issues that need clear thinking and clarification.
Being alone can renew the spirit of peace.
We can align with God and watch all troubles cease.
Then freed from the grips of trouble comes the greatest release.
We can be at one with the universe.
Life doesn’t necessarily have to be a curse
Our own internalising can always make a problem worse.
Never underestimate the value of solitude.
It can be the ambrosia or heavenly food.
It is neither unrepentant nor rude.
