When we are up to nothing, God is up to something
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
We may be quiet and inactive throughout the day.
Being at ease and sometimes forgetting to pray.
Enjoying the peace and watching the world pass us by.
Watching the birds flying high with their acrobatic skills
However while we are resting God is always active.
Everywhere and everyday always inclusive,
God never stops, creating and recreating the worlds around us and above us.
Without God in control, the earth and the heavens would be chaotic.
We may rest, but with God everything is in perfect order.
God’s image is everywhere, in the heavens and on a beautiful flower.
Take a moment to read about God and his creation in Scripture.
The Seasons come and go in perfect Order.
The times when we are up to nothing, God is up to something.
Let us always give thanks to God for the beauty of his Divine creation.
