(Eggplant, Japanese White) The Japanese White Egg eggplant is a variety of
eggplant that produces oval-shaped, white fruits that are 2–3 inches in size.
The fruits are known for their smooth texture, rich flavor, and minimal
bitterness. They are often used in stir-fries, soups, and curries. The
only nutritional information we found was that a 100g portion contained: Total
Fat 0.18g, Total Carbohydrate 5.88g, Dietary Fiber 3.0g, and Protein 0.98g.
