(Pepper, Orange Bell)
Orange bell peppers are considered to be a hybred pepper. We have not seen then
at farm markets and rarely in suppermarkets, except Aldi's does offer a 3 pack
of red, orange, and yellow bell peppers at a premium price. One of the things we
noted by looking at a comparison between the various colors of bell peppers is
that the orange bell pepper has thick flesh and is much sweeter than the green,
but it is not as sweet as the red ones. The orange one generally is more
expensive than the green. However, it is not as expensive as the red, which is
due to the degree of ripening. We could not find any nutritional information for
this orange variety of bell pepper, though we believe it should be somewhere
between that of the yellow and the red.

The above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
