"We are dedicated to cruelty-free living through a vegan lifestyle. Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!"
Veggie platter tofu salsa dip is an easy to prepare vegan recipe that is great for any party or for an appetizer or for a snack anytime you desire something to nibble on. Preparation time is only about 20 minutes to make the dip and wash and cut the veggies. Leftover dip can be stored in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for several days, where it is always available for a snack.
For making the tofu salsa dip, place the tofu and salsa in the container of a high speed food processor or blender, cover, and run the food processor or blender until contents are smooth or reach the consistency you desire.
Wash and clean the vegetables, peel the carrots and any other veggies you desire.
Cut the veggies into approximately 2 to 3 inch long strips and arrange around the dip bowl in the center of the serving plate.
If you are only preparing a snack, spoon out the dip into a small bowl with as many cut veggies as you desire.
Serve and enjoy.

The
above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31):
'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every
tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the
earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that
has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all
that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
