Wow. I never knew about the male chickens being murdered until I visited your site. I truly thank you for letting people know this, however sad it may be.

I have lost my taste for eggs and tell my mom not to buy them. We only use the free-range ones. Are they any different to the males? I don't think they debeak.

Thank you for writing and for your compassion and concern.

Unfortunately, free-range male chicks are killed, too. We have also had reports that some free-range hens are debeaked.
