Tofu can be used to make fruit smoothies, shakes, and
a yogurt substitute.
To make a smoothie place one block of Mori-Nu brand
firm silken tofu in a
food processor or blender. Add a little soymilk or rice milk to desired
thick-
ness. Add some of your favorite fruits such as banana and strawberries.
Sweeten with maple syrup, or an unrefined sugar.
To make a soy yogurt follow the above steps but do
not thin with soymilk.
Save back half of the fruit and chop. Add chopped fruit to the soy
yogurt after
blending is finished.
