*Sucanat is a sweetener you can readily find in a health
food store or in a whole foods market. It is usually in the baking
aisle. Sucanat is a blend of organic molasses and organic evaporated
cane juice that makes an excellent substitute for brown sugar. En R G
egg replacer is a powdered egg replacer that comes in a box also found
in the baking aisle. Follow the directions on the box to make the
equivalent of one egg.
