One of my recipes for Morning Star Farms Grillers...
Saute one whole chopped green pepper, one large onion, a
few garlic cloves, one crumbled cayenne pepper, one or two minced
jalapeno peppers in water or a bit of olive oil. When limp, add a three
or four cans of tomato sauce, or a 24 oz can of crushed tomatoes. Add
one can pinto beans and one can red kidney beans and simmer. Cook one
box ( four patties ) of Grillers by Morning Star Farms in the oven or
microwave. When done, crumble and add to bean and tomato mixture. Add
cumin to taste.
Experiment with sun dried tomatoes, Textured Vegetable
Protein, and roasted Anaheim long green chile. Be careful of all chile,
add slowly to taste.
Serve with a salad and crackers.
