Discounted AR2005 Registration Fee Extended to June 15
The discounted $120 registration fee for the Animal Rights
2005 National Conference has been extended to June 15 to accommodate our
members and supporters. A limited number of low-income discounts and work
scholarships are still available. Please visit
www.ar2005.org/register.htm
or call 888-FARM-USA to register for this outstanding event.
Our Westin room block has sold out! The Sheraton Gateway,
a luxury hotel like the Westin, has offered us rooms at the same rates.
The hotel is located five blocks west of the Westin, at 6101 West Century
Blvd, next to LAX Airport. See map for directions. A free shuttle van will
run between the two hotels and the airport.
The incredible room rates are still $79/single and
$89/double plus tax (14%). For reservations, click here or call
888-627-7104, and mention AR2005 for these special rates. For roommates,
baby/dog sitting, or floor-space lodging, visit our Lodging Board.
Popular radio and TV host Casey Kasem, TV star Persia
White, and author Erik Marcus have recently joined the 100 speakers at the
Conference. Other prominent presenters include Lorri Bauston, Michael
Budkie, Theo Capaldo, Lawrence Carter-Long, Karen Davis, Karen Dawn, Tippi
Hedren, Alex Hershaft, Steve Hindi, Kevin Jonas, Pattrice Jones, Elliot
Katz, Greg Lawson, Howard Lyman, Anthony Marr, Michael Mountain, Martin
Rowe, Jerry Vlasak, and Paul Watson.
We are looking for Animal Rights Heroes to be recognized
at the Conference. Please send name, contact information, and a
one-paragraph write-up on your favorite local Hero to
[email protected].
