The cows in this video are forced down a chute and then turned upside down in specially designed machinery, have their throats slit, their tracheas pulled out. They remain conscious for long agonizing moments before dying.
If they're fortunate, they are dead before they are de-hooved, de-horned and skinned.
Look into their eyes.
