How Do You Juice Vegetables

Question:

You mentioned some of the juices and I'm wondering how you make these juices and what is the best one for increasing energy naturally and also trying to stay low on carbohydrates.

Answer:

I make these juices with a Champion Juicer, and generally like to mix half and half California Carrots (they have the best flavor; some of the others come from poor soil and are bitter) and Romaine Lettuce Leafs and/or Broccoli floweret's and stems.

If you are trying to cut down on calories, you might try just the "green" juice either plain or with fresh lemon juice to give it a little "tang."
