2-3 cups lentils( green, brown, or red )
5 cups water
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion ,chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp tumeric
Chopped red peppers
Boil lentils for 10 minutes
Add garlic, onion, tomato, peppers, tumeric, and simmer until smooth
Add other ingredients and serve over brown rice.
