Open Faced Cucumber Sandwiches
Toast whole wheat bread, sprouted bread, or pita, and spread with hummus
Sprinkle chopped green onions, and top with cilantro
Cover with cucumber slices
Sprinkle with pepper, paprika, or other spices.
