Almond Milk

Almonds are packed with calcium, fiber, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin and Vitamin E. (Source: The Food Lover's Companion)

  • 1 cup soaked almonds (1/2+ cup before soaking)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 medium dates or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

1. Blend on high until well blended.

2. Pour through The Amazing Nut Milk, Juice and Sprout Bag. Squeeze the bag until all the liquid is released.

3. Store the milk in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You may want to make extra so you have enough milk to last four days.
