Dijon Salad Dressing
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1-2 tsp stone ground or Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons veggie broth powder
½ tsp. dried parsley and basil.
Whisk all ingredients together. Use as a dressing for salads and for steamed vegetables.
